Warranty Policy

Warranty Coverage

Woodpecker products are warranted to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and to meet the timekeeping accuracy specifications outlined in the instructions. This warranty covers the movement of the watch, along with the case components (including the crystal, stem, and crown), and the bracelet components (including clasp, links, pins, and screws). The warranty period lasts for ONE (1) year from the date of the original retail purchase.

Please note that the power cell (battery) is not covered under this warranty.

If your watch exhibits defects under normal use during the warranty period, Woodpecker will, at its discretion, regulate, adjust, repair, or replace the movement or applicable components as necessary.

How to Claim Your Warranty

To initiate a warranty claim, customers must first contact us through email at info@woodpeckerwatches.com or via our contact form on the website. Once you have reached out, our team will guide you through the next steps.

If the product needs to be returned as part of the warranty claim, Woodpecker will provide a prepaid return label to cover the shipping costs. Customers are responsible for carefully packaging the item to ensure it remains secure during transit.

Once packaged, follow these steps to return your watch:

  1. Send the watch using the prepaid return label we provide.
  2. Ensure no additional materials or packaging you wish to keep are included, as all shipping materials will be discarded upon receipt.

Woodpecker will inspect the watch and carry out any required repairs or replacements within a reasonable timeframe.
