How to Resize Your Wooden Watch Strap — Easily at Home
Your wooden watch should not only look beautiful — it should feel comfortable too. That’s why every Woodpecker Watch comes with everything you need to adjust your strap at home.
What’s in the box?
Each watch includes:
-
A step-by-step instruction guide
-
A mini screwdriver tool to remove the pins and links
Step-by-step: How to adjust your strap
-
Measure your wrist and estimate how many links you want to remove.
-
Find the small arrow on the back of the watch strap. This shows the direction the pin should be pushed out.
-
Use the included screwdriver tool to gently press on the pin in the direction of the arrow until it comes loose.
-
Remove the desired number of links — ideally from both sides of the strap for symmetry.
-
Reinsert the pin from the opposite direction and use the tool to push it firmly back into place.
💡 Pro Tip: Keep your extra links
We recommend keeping the removed links and pins in the watch box. If your wrist size changes or you pass on the watch, you’ll always be able to adjust it again.
Quick, easy, and damage-free
In just 10 minutes, your watch will be perfectly adjusted — without needing to visit a jeweler. Your tool, your time, your perfect fit.
