Refund Policy – International

At Woodpecker Watches, we aim for 100% customer satisfaction. Most of our products are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unworn, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

To make returns easy, we will provide you with a return label by email, allowing you to send the package back without hassle.


Personalized Products

Personalized items (such as engraved watches) cannot be returned, unless the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

In such cases, please contact us at info@woodpeckerwatches.com with a clear description and photographic evidence of the issue.


Non-Returnable Items

  • Personalized products (unless defective or damaged)

  • Gift cards

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery


Return Conditions for Standard Products

To be eligible for a refund:

  • The item must be unworn and in original condition

  • The return request must be made within 30 days of delivery

  • A receipt or order number must be included

Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return label. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund promptly to your original payment method.


Refunds

You will be notified once your return has been received and inspected. If approved, your refund will be issued automatically within a few business days.


Late or Missing Refunds

  • First, check your bank account again

  • Then contact your bank or credit card company (it may take some time before a refund is officially posted)

  • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at info@woodpeckerwatches.com


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please email us with photos of the issue to initiate an exchange.
