1-Year Warranty
At Woodpecker Watches, we stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. That’s why we offer a one-year warranty from the date of your original purchase.
What’s Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in:

The watch movement
-
The case components (crystal, crown, stem)
-
The bracelet and strap components (clasp, links, pins, screws)
We will repair or replace these components free of charge if they are found to be defective under normal use.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:

Battery (power cell)

Damage from accidents or misuse

Wear and tear (scratches, discoloration, fading, etc.)

Moisture damage to watches not marked as water-resistant
-
Damage from unauthorized repairs or modifications
Please handle your watch with care and follow our maintenance guidelines to keep it in top condition.
How to Make a Warranty Claim

Email us at info@woodpeckerwatches.com or use our contact form. Let us know what’s wrong, and we’ll guide you through the next steps. -
We’ll send you a prepaid return label
If a return is needed, we’ll provide a return shipping label at no cost to you. -
Prepare your return

Carefully package your watch to protect it in transit

Do not include any extra packaging or items you wish to keep — all shipping materials are discarded upon receipt

We inspect and repair
Our team will check your watch and repair or replace the faulty components. We’ll return it to you as soon as possible.
