It did not turn out looking exactly like the picture, which I should have expected. I was a little disappointed by that but overall it was very high quality and the customer service was top notch! It arrived before something else that I had ordered from within the United States which i was very surprised by. I got the watch as a gift to my boyfriend and he absolutely loved the way it turned out so overall I am quite pleased

My son loved this for his birthday. The personalization was perfect and so nice I didn't have to pay a ton extra for it. The tool included to take out extra links was much easier than one I received from other watch purchases and the packaging was adorable. Would def buy again!
It's a very pretty watch, if rather chunky. The automatic winding movement makes a bit more noise that expected, so suspect it needs some more oil as there is a faint squeaking when it rotates. Ultimately its very obviously not an expensive mechanical movement, but you will get a lot of wows from people who aren't as knowledgeable about watches.
